REVIEW: Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer

Hi there! How are you all doing? Guys, I don't think I will have a set date for the weekend post. I find it hard to post on Fridays, especially now that I'm back to college. But, I promise I will post either on Friday or Saturday. Same with the one during the week, it will be either Tuesday or Wednesday. Anyways, I have great news... I finally found a job! I almost had a breakdown during the week but it's all great now. I'm starting on Thursday, so wish me luck guys! Today I'm coming to you with a review. A very positive one, in fact. Please welcome my second favourite concealer - Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in 01 Fair.

What the brand says about this product: 
Conceals flaws, imperfections and blemishes for up to 16 hours. Water-resistant and transfer proof. Use with Lasting Perfection Foundation and Powder for the ultimate in long-lasting wear.

Shortly, the product promises:

• To conceal for 16 hours
• Be water-resistant and transfer proof

What do I say about this product:

As you can see the product doesn't promise an awful lot of things and that's what I like about it. All I want from a concealer is to hide my dark circles and be sort of full coverage. Oh and to be longlasting of course. This concealer does exactly that. What else would you want? The colour that I have which is 01 Fair has a more pink undertone therefore it's ideal for all of us with dark circles under our eyes.

 

The concealer has a fairly thick consistency and a short drying time, therefore I recommend you work that beauty sponge straight after you apply the concealer, otherwise it will dry and just be a nightmare to blend out. To finish off this review, you know what the best thing about this product? The price... it only costs €5.79 and is easily available in all Collection stands in Boots. If you haven't got it yet, go and get it! You won't be disappointed :)
