To the family, and to everyone who looks after them,
Before you arrive, they already know.
Avant Vous keeps how each of you likes things — allergies first, then the pillows, the flowers, the music at dinner, even the dog’s evening walk — and turns it into a private brief for the yacht crew, the villa, the chef or the jet. Two taps, and it goes ahead of you.
Today, all of this lives in someone’s head, an old email or a long thread of messages. A new crew asks again. A new chef guesses. And the family repeats itself, one more time.
May we enclose what changes that.
The brief, for whoever is receiving you.
Choose who it is for, and the brief keeps only what concerns them: a chef sees the table, housekeeping sees the room, the captain and chief stew see everything they ask for.
Addressed to
- Allergies lead every brief, set in red, the dog’s too.
- Each team sees only what concerns it.
- What changed since the last stay is marked, so nothing is missed.
- Written in French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic or English, whatever the app’s language.
Each person, exactly as they like things.
A profile for each member of the family, the regulars who travel with you, and the animals who come too. The essentials come first; the personal touches are there when you want them, and never feel like a form.

After the stay, a word on what worked.
Note what was perfect and what was not. A note about a person opens the right part of their profile, so the next brief is better than the last.

In your language, and in theirs.
The app speaks English, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic. Each brief can be written in any of them, whatever language you use yourself.

You may wish to know
- Who is Avant Vous for?
- For families who travel and entertain, and for the people who run their lives: the family office, house managers and personal assistants. The brief goes to whoever receives you: yacht crews, villa and household staff, private chefs, jet catering and hotels.
- What is a preference brief?
- The preference sheet a yacht crew, villa or hotel asks for before you arrive, always up to date: allergies and medical needs first, then each person’s dining, room, routines and the touches they love, for everyone travelling, pets included.
- Do we need an account?
- No. There is nothing to sign up for, and Avant Vous works without a connection.
- Where is our information kept?
- Only on your phone, encrypted. Avant Vous has no servers and no accounts, so nothing about your family ever reaches us. The privacy policy explains it in full.
- What does the team receive?
- A short PDF, or one image per person, sent the way you choose: email, message or AirDrop.
- And the dogs, or the horses?
- Each has a profile of their own: meals and anything never to give, walks, the vet, where they sleep. They travel in the same brief, with an image of their own for whoever looks after them.
- Can our house manager use it too?
- Avant Vous lives on one phone at a time. To hand it over, or to bring a second phone up to date, restore your latest backup there.
- What does it cost?
- US$49.99, once, on the App Store or Google Play. No subscription and nothing to buy inside the app. Your store shows the price in your currency.
With our compliments,
Avant Vous
P.S. Nothing about your family leaves the phone unless you send it.
- Kept on this phone
- Avant Vous has no servers and no accounts. Everything you note is encrypted on this phone and is never sent to us.
- Shared only by you
- A brief leaves the phone only when you share it, with the people you choose.
- Your backup, in your keeping
- A sealed copy, locked with a password only you know and saved wherever you choose: your files, your computer, a drive kept in your safe. It never passes through us, and without your password no one can open it.
